But, always use demoralizing hit and toughness as you want to tank them easier.

2. The damage dealing (DD) fighter

Your job is to deal damage from behind, spamming power hit and debuffs and be ready to use your taunts if the main tank loses aggravation.

Easily covered, power hit; your primary attack skill as you'll be using a 2 hand sword or an axe. The skill you spam every 4.2 seconds; cheap, efficient and cools down quick.
15 points of allocation into this will would allow you additional damage (a big additional damage), -1.8 seconds of cooldown off that default 6 second cooldown and cheaper mana cost which would allow you to spam more, but of course: SP consumption is optional.

Devastate; equally important to the Devastate to the tanking fighter, you'd want to allocate at least 10 points into this skill and those 10 points will go into duration and cooldown. While your mobs are stunned by devastate, you can take them out fast with your power hit which will be your primary attack.

Debuffs/Buffs -
Essential, use as often as you can as they do debuff the enemy by quite a bit. But as I said in the sections above, don't empower them, it just isn't worth it.

3. Misc skills and passives

Vitality - By putting 10 points into this skill (5 points into duration and 5 points into cooldown), it will allow you to use this marvelous skill which trades defense for offense every 2 minutes and it lasts for a minute.
This skill is used mainly in duoing soloing and mass party playing where you are not required to tank a lot of mobs therefore losing a bit of defense for offense isn't a big deal. For DDs, this skill makes you the true glass cannon and for tanks, this skill balances a bit of your defense into offense. Highly recommended!

Passives - Bravery mastery, always good to have, get  fiesta gold in priority before your weapon mastery.
For your weapon mastery, focus on your primary weapon, if it's a sword then focus on sword mastery. Get mastery for your secondary weapon if you have spare cash because weapon mastery doesn't really make a dramatic difference in damage.
